Privacy Policy

This website is run by beeDEPLOY, a design and engineering studio based in Banani, Road 11, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, email us at info.beedeploy@gmail.com.

The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no payment forms. The information that reaches us comes from:

• Email you send us. When you use "Email us the brief" or write to us directly, we receive your message and whatever details you include, such as your name, company and phone number.
• Usage measurement. We load Google Tag Manager, which can run measurement tags (for example Google Analytics) that use cookies or similar technology to count visits and see which pages are used.
• Hosting logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site.

Two small values are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us:

• Your light or dark theme choice (local storage).
• Your country, looked up from Cloudflare when you open the pricing pages so prices can show in USD or BDT. It is kept for the current browser session only.

We use what you email us to reply, scope and quote your project, and to run that project if you go ahead. We use measurement data in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

Google (Tag Manager and any measurement tags it loads) and Cloudflare (hosting) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Links to live demos and client websites take you to sites with their own policies.

Project emails are kept for as long as we are discussing or delivering work with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for records and support. Ask us any time and we will delete what we no longer need to keep.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and still use the whole site. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info.beedeploy@gmail.com.

If what the site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
